"Awful customer service. Came here for an interview and was sent the wrong address. Called to let them know i had gotten the wrong address and would be late 3 times in a row never receiving an answer. Finally got the correct address and arrived late. upon arriving late i was outside waiting for 20 mins. The sign said to go to the gate so i did. When i get past the gate a grown man child begins to yell at me and be rude about me being late. I understand hating your life at 30 because you work here full time but seriously guys do better."

"This place was recommended to me by a friend and after my pup’s evaluation day today, I am thrilled to have found them and can’t wait to bring her back. The whole process was very easy and Conner was so sweet to my puppy. They were great at communicating and I felt like truly cared about my dog and her time with them. They also have staff that live on site which is really rare for a boarding facility."

"We were really looking forward to having a place to send our dogs when we vacation, but I am happy that we learned about their terrible customer service before we started investing time and energy. The first red flag should have been that you can't actually get a hold of anyone. You have to leave a voicemail or email and they will eventually call you back. For whatever reason they require an extensive interview process for your dogs, but we were bringing them to drop off for the day as they requested. We were running late because we had car issues and tried calling them from 8am and no one answered, called back, or emailed back. All we got was an automated "new dog appt cancelled" email. When we got there 30-45 minutes late they told us we would need to reschedule because they need a full 8 hours of interviewing for the day. I'm sorry, but I find that completely ridiculous and it wasn't that we weren't trying to drop them off early. The guy could care less that we had car issues and still proceeded to get there ASAP. Even with the horrible morning we had (it was one of those mornings where nothing could go right) I was shocked we made it when we did, but visiting with our dogs for 7 and half hours wouldn't be enough of an "interview." I completely understand about policies and procedures to run a business. However there has to be a human factor and flexibility. I guess everything works out how it should because I noticed other poor reviews popping up, so maybe it's better. Just sad we wasted time and effort."
