Their workers always text me to let me know they are on the way, and always take a picture of my locked gate when they finish their pet waste removal for the week. Their workers always come on the same day and at the same time and are very reliable. I have been using the service for a few years now, and I offer nothing but praise for them. With three big dogs, my yard can get pretty messy, but I can count on PTR to be at my house to do their work rain or shine. I pay a little extra for yard disinfection which is well worth it."
