So I called an they are like we open at noon sorry. How rude like all I have is an even exchange. Maybe change your hours online and you wouldn’t have people complain."

"I went here to get my wife her first bracelet for our anniversary on Black Friday. Registers were down so we were told to put it on hold and come back tomorrow and they would give us the 35%. We come back the next day and the cashier rings us up and tells us the total as she swipes the card. I mention that didnt have the discount applied she said "Yes it does." I tell her that if you add up the numbers it does not, to which she replies "Well I scanned the code". She gets a assistant manager who refunds the whole purchase - locking up the funds on my debit card till Monday. And then instead of doing right he tells us its because that collection that we have been sold on by two of his employees isnt part of the 35% and we can repurchase it or pick something else. So we left with nothing but a pending charge till Monday. Then we find out online they are selling the same thing for 25% off."

"I visited this store because one of my charms had broken. Both associates, Holly and the Assistant Manager, were both very pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue. They took the time to find when it was purchased, since I wasn't sure of exactly when or who purchased the charm (it was a gift) They were very patient as they researched, found it was under a year old, and replaced it no charge...as per the warranty. Unfortunately, that charm was discontinued so they no longer had it in store, so they allowed me to select another of the same value. The interaction was great! They were both wonderfully pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I definitely recommend this location!"

"I took my year old, tarnished bracelet in to get cleaned. I was so embarrassed but they assured me that mines wasn't the worst they had seen. They kept it over night and called when it was ready. They did such a good job. I am very satisfied with their service."
