"I love this store! Every time I walk in I find something new I want. The staff is super friendly and helpful in finding what I'm looking for or matching items for an outfit! I definitely recommend shopping and working here."

"I usually love shopping at Maurice’s but I have never been treated badly until I walked into this store. I walked in and there was no greeting or letting me know what the “semi annual sale” was. I was the only person there at the time and they had seen me. I push it off and start grabbing items I loved to try on. Soon my arms were filled with clothes, and usually by this time an associate would offer to set up a dressing room but no one did. I pushed it off thinking maybe they didn’t see. Then I tried grabbing a shirt from a high hang, and was clearly struggling to reach and making some noise at this point. One associate saw and laughed at how short I was. I was about to say something when a white lady walked in. Suddenly the store sprang into action. They told her the sales, when her arms were full they started a dressing room. Now I see what was happening. I was just racially profiled… This was pretty disappointing, I guess I have to find a new favorite brand"

"This store is amazing with so many options, sizes, & such a helpful staff! Sam greeted me right when I walked in, Bailey helped me pick out the perfect Christmas gifts with a few things for myself, and Stephanie happily helped me at the register. I cannot thank the staff enough, I would highly recommend this location!"

"This isn’t my favorite Maurice’s. Their customer service is sub par compared to other Maurice’s. The sales associates are snotty, rude and all seem to have an attitude for some reason. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my latest experience. The manager was extremely nice. Also, a couple of years ago I experienced one sales associate who was so helpful. I wish I knew her name but I can’t remember. Haven’t seen her since though. The Maurice’s in the mall has excellent customer service so I have been going there now, even though it’s out of my way."
