"Disgusted by the blatant racism shown by the manager of the jcpenny portraits. When me and my girlfriend, who’s black, went to a different jcpenny we were allowed to take as many photos as they could get in the 15 minutes. 87 to be exact. However, when she goes to this jcpenny with all of her sisters, they are told they don’t know how many photos they can fit in and they “can’t do a lot.” They got 35. For the same photo package. For 6 people. They also had to wait an hour when the photos are scheduled. They didn’t even leave until after the store was closed when their appointment was at 7:00. The doors were locked. Crazy how she gets treated differently when she’s next to a white man compared to being next to her black sisters. Will never be going here again. I’ll stick to the madison location."

"I tried to return new shoes, no where on the receipt does it give a deadline for returns . Bought 08-04, tried to return 10-26. Told I went over their deadline. Stuck with shoes too big. Not happy, may just use Kohls from now on. Was going to use their online to buy the correct size , not shopping here anymore"
