"Where do I click to give 6 stars? Patriot installed siding, fascia, soffets, and gutters (they subcontracted that). Will was great to work with. Communication was great before, during, and after work. Everything that they committed to was done when they said it would be done. Quality was great. Workers were very professional. They even worked around my wife's plants... which are EVERYWHERE. They cleaned up 99% of the mess. We had a post-payment discrepancy in billing and they even refunded a modest sum with no questions asked. Overall cost seemed a little high... but then again they were pretty competitive with the other contractors that bid the job. I would 100% do business with them again. "Impressive Customer Service and Outstanding Work! During a 5 day period in April our area was hit by 3 severe storms with 90 mph straight line winds and several F2 tornados. Roofers, handyman businesses, and home improvement companies were in high demand. I needed 4 shingles installed. (Compared to hundreds of others I was very lucky.) I emailed after hours and had a response within 30 minutes. I was quoted their very reasonable minimum service charge and told they should be able to squeeze me in by weeks end. True to his word, a 2 man crew arrived and spent almost an hour on my roof replacing the missing shingles. When I need to replace my roof in a couple of years, Patriot will be the first business I call. Highly recommend."
