"Purchased a MokWheel Basalt E-Bike from BB Lawn Care. Excellent customer service. Mr Schnaufner went out of his way to assist me with questions I had on the bike even after the business had closed for the day and he was home for the day. Bike was well taken care of and ready for pick up when I went to get. Staff also assisted in making sure the bike was safely secure in the back of my pickup with straps to ensure it made the ride home 60+ miles safely. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Schnaufer for his excellent customer service. Anyone looking for an e-bike please take the time to check them out.
