"A good thing we can say about our recent transaction with this business is that they did everything on schedule. But otherwise, we feel like we got ripped off. We had them take our X300 lawn tractor in for a $285 fall service special. They called twice, first to say that we needed a new V-belt and then again to say we needed a new accelerator. The guy calling said they would be $29 for the V-belt and $70 for the accelerator. We got a bill today for $617! The bill included over $200 in extra labor, which was never mentioned. We would definitely have done the V-belt ourselves if we had know they were going to charge that much in labor."
