"Called 2 days in advance of a repair appt to get a tow to my preferred shop. Was told it would be picked up today. Spoke to someone from Hodge earlier today who confirmed they were still planning to pick it up today but that their flatbed was at an accident (not sure why new calls are being taken when their waitlist hasn't been fulfilled). It's 8pm and still no truck."

"They gave ETA of 1hr, after 1hr 30mins they told us to sit tight, when I asked for the number of the person coming, they started being rude and told me to call another service. Avoid this towing if you have any respect for yourself and your time."
