"Jazzercise is fabulous; the variety of music is awesome along with ALL of the instructors. Having the various age groups and experience of instructors, I find key to helping me achieve my goals for the strength building and toning, I want. Everyone is very HELPFUL, if you need guidance or suggestions on "how to," just ask. You can attend class as many times a day as you want or, if you can only attend a portion of the class time, that works too (especially for those working MOM'S). Your investment and time spent towards your well being and health is priceless. Most importantly, it's time for you....I call it "ME" time. "ME" time."
