Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

"I give Progressive zero Stars. And I'm extremely disappointed with their service.. I had insurance through them for a few months. And did their snapshot program. Completed it and my bill was supposed to be lowered. But instead they raised it and couldn't tell me why. So I paid my last month and told them ahead of time I was going to go to different company and I did so then they said I owe them money got in touch with them gave them all the information they needed to prove I didn't and they reassured me that the situation was resolved then they decide to send it to collections and my credit score dropped 38 points because of it. I notify them again about it and they said it would be handled and yet it's still not resolved."
