"Don’t trust these fake reviews. When I filed almost two years ago they did not have only five star reviews. Probably paying for fake reviews. This place is HORRIBLE. I paid the plan for almost two years on time and I became DISABLED and can’t work a 9-5 anymore due to head injuries. My spouse still works and we have income but needed the plan payment lowered especially considering we pay for health insurance out of pocket now. Alex Wilson refused to motion the case up and insisted we wait till the trustee motions it up. Alex Wilson was able to motion something else up though. I got an email today that he motioned up to withdraw from the case so I now have no attorney. Even better is that no lawyer will take the case bc the payments are wrapped up into the plan. And he knew this he just wanted to screw me over. He is rude, arrogant, and a waste of breath on this earth. I clearly told him multiple times I am DISABLED and a tbi survivor and my wife would be taking over communicating with him but nope instead he withdrew from the case knowing no attorney would ever pick it up and didn’t even tell us, he just sent a rude email letting me know. This has now set me back years. What a way to kick the disabled while they are down. I’ve already made a complaint with the bar association and will with the IDPFR as well."
