"I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but I had a great experience. I brought in an Amazon return for my wife last Friday. The QR code on the label she printed was not scanning and I didn't have access to pull up her account on my phone. Was expecting to have to come back another day and try again, but the young lady working the counter used her phone to enlarge the QR code and scan from her phone's display. It worked and saved me a trip, so I'm very grateful for her resourcefulness and willingness to help. She could have just as easily handed me the package back and told me to come back with a larger print out."

"Dan helped me figure out a shipping issue I had with Amazon. I stayed in the phone in the store for over 20 minutes and Dan was very patient and assisted me with all concerns and questions I had. He did not rush me and tried to help me with my issue even though Amazon was giving me a hard time. He was great and was a blessing to my day after a stressful work day."

"This is the absolutely extreme worst UPS store in areas I've lived during past 5years and it's not getting better. I shipped my camera lens through this store...and got damaged during the shipping..because i did bought insurance ..they declined and never helped me.... the lady name Ailene ..couldn't read English well.. ask me to resend them email with return receipt...and charged me $15 for using their computer!! The saving grace is knowing that all UPS and personnel are not like this. I get disgusted hearing the rudeness directed at other customers too. Humility is a must, but never enough when dealing with this UPS store. Sadly it's not just a few individuals. Avoid this place and ironically they just might be happy. Make sense??..??"
