"Tried getting a hold of this place to set an appointment up 2 days that I've called got the busy line, 3rd day i called, I finally got someone on the phone. I was told to call back when I had referral paper in front of me because they could not set up an appointment without the specific reason for the appointment, never heard of a practice asking for a specific off a referral paper before, but whatever. Here's the kicker I get home an hour later, find out what the specific reason was, call back, and guess what I get? A busy dial. I will be calling my doctor on Monday to try and get a referral from another digestive clinic. Unfortunately I may be stuck having to use this place because i am on a HMO plan. Not impressed with this clinic as a potential first time patient. I don't know how a treatment facility who's bread and butter is treating patients can keep the lights on when said patient can't even reach a receptionist on the phone. All the other reviews complaining about this issue were not lying."

"Dr. Srivastava is a wonderful doctor but the office people are horrible. They don’t answer the phone. Then they will put the phone on busy mode for several hours. Then when you finally do talk to someone, they tell you, they’ll call you back. Not to mention the one with the snappy attitude. Like you’re bothering her. I definitely had to find another doctor for this reason. How can the doctor attend to his patients. If the office assistant refuse to answer the phone and make appointments."

"I've been coming to this place for years. It's difficult to get someone on the phone when calling the office. You must call as soon as they open (9am) and someone will answer. Otherwise, you will wait and wait. On appointment day, they seem to always be running late. It could be from 20 mins to an hour. The doctor I usually see is no longer working here. I asked them why I wasn't notified about this. Their response was that my primary doctor's office is supposed to notify me and not them. I doubt it's the responsibility of my primary doctor's office to do this. I only found out because of an email I received from the pharmacy letting me know that they were unable to fill my prescription. So be prepared to wait when making a call, visiting, and ect. Just poor overall service."

"I DO NOT recommend this practice, but not because of the doctors. Dr. Srivastava was incredibly kind and he listened to my concerns without interruption. My issue is with the business part of the practice. The receptionists are rude. The "contract" you sign with this office is restrictive - you pay for every little thing and don't have flexibility with scheduling. You can't get an appointment for months. They were unhelpful when I asked about my expected payment for an upcoming procedure. They tried to charge me as a "no show" for a procedure when I notified them more than 28 hours before the procedure that I wasn't attending (I also notified the hospital way in advance). Every time I called the doctor's office, the line was busy. The answering service they use never passes along your messages. It's truly awful being a patient here because of their administration, not because of the doctors."
