"I've been with Dr. Lodd's office for many years, & have developed a patient/staff relationship, so I'm known by name, which is comforting. Yes, there are LPNs that I hate to see go after a while, but they have ALL been great. I have only met Dr. Lodd once, but she has overseen some of my issues with the LPN, & that's all that matters to me. Agreed, several follow-up appointments sometimes, but it's my time as well, & I always ask, "Is this necessary?, Can it be virtual? What if I don't want to address this issue anymore? Can I combine certain appointments?", all which have been accommodated. My appointments are always swift, but my concerns are met, and I love being in and out since I travel 25 miles round trip here. Great personalized care, friendly staff, accommodating appointments & flexibility. I have Medicaid, and it's rare to find good doctors who treat you with dignity, and this practice, to me, doesn't stick to the bare minimum. I'll be bringing over my older children as well. That's how trusting this practice is for me."

"I’m all the years I’ve been coming to this office, I’ve never seen Dr. Lodd. You’ll see ten different people. Yet after your visit, Dr. Lodd will order all kinds of unnecessary tests and follow up visits to discuss the results. These follow up visits to discuss test results can easily be done over the phone. But then Dr. Lodd wouldn’t make money off of that. I’ve read other reviews that say she’s done the same to them. It’s a shame that her main concern is how to see how much money she can squeeze out of her patients."

"Worst care ever! The will only see you for 20 min. You see the Dr., or in my case the PA for 10 of those, if that. (I never met my actually doctor. she couldn't be bothered to even introduce herself.) If you have more then one thing to discuss, they want you to make a separate appointment and pay a copay each time. The PA would change my medication and then not remember what she changed them to and get the dosage wrong. Or she would change them and then not both to update the prescription so that i would run out and have to jump through hoops to get them refilled and covered - this frequently involved have to call her again and have her write a ne prescription. Was sent to specialists for my knee, but did not send the supporting documentation to the Specialists and when he called to get it the copy he go was unreadable. He had to call back and once he finally got a clean copy, said there was nothing abnormal in the labs and there was no reason for me to be there. The tests he ran confirmed his statement. The staff would forget to send me things and id have to call and ask again even though the PA told them to send while I was standing there checking out. They would frequently call to remind me of the wrong visit type and I would have to correct them. An Example would be calling to remind me of an upcoming appointment about my knee when it was for diabetes labs. I never actually met Dr, Lodd in the year I went there. She never even took the time to introduce herself and i dealt solely with the PA. As for the claim that they only had 20 minutes and could only discuss one issue per appointment...the place was never busy or crowded when i was there leading me to feel they cared more about my copay than my health. As of a month ago, I have left this office to find another practitioner. I cannot and do not recommend this office. What a truly horrible healthcare experience"
