"Have been a patient for a few weeks. Arrived a bit late for an appointment and attempted to gain assistance from the receptionist in gaining access to their online portal so I could view test results and converse with my doctor- as directed by their nurse. The receptionist blamed me when the practice had entered my email and first name incorrectly. The receptionist asked me to show her the app on my phone and then touched my phone and tried to take it from me. When I pulled away and told her I didn't want her to touch my phone, she started yelling at me in front of the other patients in the waiting room and told me even if I got access to the app, she screens the messages and she would decide what I am able to communicate with my doctors."
