"What a pathetic people are theseI have taken normal dental service to my daughter which was requested by School ,at the time of service they told every will be covered under insurance.I took the service on Sept 2015 and today Feb 2017 I got call from Debt collectors saying I owe some amount. Then I said them nobody informed me Either by Phone or letter saying t his amount."

"Unprofessional & unresponsive to insurance claim payment. I had oral surgery in early April to remove my wisdom teeth. After some lengthy discussions to hammer out the insurance payment details, I was told that it would take anywhere between 30 to 90 days to settle my refund amount (paid for surgery upfront). I waited the 90 days, not wanting to hound the staff, only to find out that they never even filed the claim with my insurance provider. I was then told that Cindy, the sole person handling all payment issues, would be going on maternity leave and that my case would be pushed back until September/October. I mentioned that it seemed a bit strange that everything was put on hold just because 1 person was on maternity leave, to which the response came, "that's just how it works". This is no way to run a business. In terms of the surgery itself, I was given no instruction for at-home care, with absolutely no mention of antibiotics. I ended up needing to go back after 1 week with a severely inflamed cheek infection. I would definitely stay away from this place and question the validity of all the 5 star reviews."

And unlike many dentist's they listen to your concerns and do everything possible to explain treatment, insurance costs, etc., in order to best accommodate your needs. In my case, as we were new to the area we had gone first to another dentist. They recommended that two of my teeth were not treatable and needed to be pulled. I went to have the first tooth pulled and it was such a nightmare that I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I found Dental Care of Vernon Hills. End result, Not only did they save my tooth, but Dr. Kisker managed a difficult procedure to finish off the job with the best crown I've ever had. And I hate crowns! All in all, both my wife and I are very satisfied with Dental Care of Vernon Hills and would highly recommend it to anyone!"
