"Dr Lu has taken care of me for a long time and I can tell you that throughout all the many doctors and psychiatrists I’ve seen she is by far the most understanding she actually listens to you as a patient and listens to the positive and negative reactions you’ve had with medication basing her decisions properly with the help of that information as well as her office actually being a pleasure to work with and non confrontational compared to other offices very swift with medications and consistent making me never have to worry about running out even in a different state she is very skilled in her craft and after dealing with others I can say I have had the best experience here and that is why I choose her to be my psychiatrist she hears you and takes your experience into consideration by properly treating with effective treatments"

"It took hours of effort on my part every single time we needed to set an appointment or speak to the doctor. The staff were telling me for months that they had phone system issues but I suspect that they are just terrible at returning calls or caring about anything. It's telling that neither the office manager nor the clinical director cared enough about our feedback to them to call me."

"Nice place. Secretary answer phones when need be and the wait time isn't too long. Very understanding when someone has to reschedule an appointment. However, some of the psychiatrists just gives patients pills and doesn't even bother to talk about the patient's problems. I need someone to talk too as well. The pills help, but they aren't solving my problems. When I asked for advice, my doctor told me to go look for advice on the internet. How rude! Also, instead of monitoring my social anxiety and depression symptoms, they care more about my weight and blood pressure. They even told me to fast! I'm giving this place 3 stars because the other staff are fantastic, and treatment can be pretty quick. It's also very calm in the ultrasound rooms. They psychiatric care is rock bottom, but don't worry, the hole is filled with pills and useless food pyramid charts."

"Giving thia place two stars is being nice. I have called and called and i left a message the first time since i had called before they were open. But i have never gotten a call back or had someone pick up the phone.... Like are you for real? Starting to wonder if this is even a viable business."
