"Nice people but INCOMPETENT. - For 3 years gave me ointment for what was a tumor that was coming out of my body via a hole in my abdomen. I showed them pictures repeatedly etc of the weird things coming out of me. An ER doc at another health system clocked it in 30 seconds, wrote something on my discharge papers and it was fixed within weeks. - Never once made any suggestions to help me (I assume they thought I was lying) when I told them I was eating 1200 calories a day and doing 12 miles a day on the bike but not losing weight. After getting lab work done I diagnosed myself with a thyroid issue, went on thyroid forums, and what do you know? The weight melted off. - Got blood work done almost 3 weeks ago. No one could “find it.” Someone called me, left a voicemail saying they were from Dr Papuga’s office. I call back immediately, and they claim no one from there called me but they’ll “leave a message for the doctor.” So who knows when they’ll get it together enough to actually do that. - Had TERRIBLE pain and weird swelling. The NP shrugs their shoulders and says, “I have no idea.” Call me crazy, but isn’t it your job to, I don’t know…find out? That’s not all of it but probably the worst of it. At this point I wouldn’t trust them with a boo-boo on my knee. I’ll wrap this bloodwork nonsense up with them and go somewhere else. I’ve never had problems like this anywhere else."

"Dr.Glas has been my physician for over 20 years. I have trusted him with my life, my kids,my husband. He listens and goes beyond the call. If serious he will pencil me in. If I can't leave work he will video visit my appt on my lunch. He visited my husband in hospital on Thanksgiving. He is is smart, patient and a great listener. His fellow Professionals are equally good."

"We started with Edward when we lived in Yorkville, IL and always had a positive experience. Now we are in Naperville and established a family physician on Rickert Dr. We chose this clinic due to proximity. With inflation we are down to one family vehicle. Now our son has an ear infection and they are unable to get him an appointment today. He has to wait until my husband returns from work this evening so we can drive him to a walk in clinic. He is screaming and crying :("
