"Had my ultrasound with Jillian today and I absolutely love her. She has the best personality for this job and makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I can’t say enough about how great she is at what she does. She not only has great manners but she actually takes time to explain things and answers questions. She is also very knowledgeable. This is my second time seeing her and both times I left feeling overwhelmingly happy about my results due to her ability to explain things to me, as well as giving me her time and compassion. "The doctors are wonderful and great experience. The billing department needs to be minus 5 stars. I asked the same question about my bill several timesand they have not given me a direct answer. Always, deflecting and not answering. Great Docs and staff, but the company is shady as hell."

"They have awesome staff and doctors here. I delivered well, and had a fairly uncomplicated pregnancy. Labor was easy, got induced. But what I liked is Dr. Gordon concidered my history in terms of when it came to labor, she was thoughtful. After labor I felt she was caring, took her time, and agreed to my wishes. Overall I think very good. Julie Jensen, I know her other patients and they absolutely love her in terms of OB and miscarriages. She is a strong women. To be honest I personally enjoyed all the doctors they seemed caring, respectful but most importantly knowledgeable and answered my questions. Nurses are smiling and quick in service when they can. One thing I think that could improve is that doctors could take care more of checking symptoms and preparing patients during pregnancy/birth. This was my 2nd so I was not too concerned :))"

"Very disgusted and disappointed in the way this office operates and communicates. Multiple miscarriages, currently experienced another one. Considering my history I was expecting more compassion and care from the doctors. The Doctor in Call Dr Gordon advised me on the phone when I was in severe pain and bleeding to go to work because my my job is sitting on the chair and I should be fine. Can you imagine doing that and not listening to my body and miscarrying while driving? There main concern at the office the 1 time a saw one doctor was 30 min discussing the Covid 19 vaccine not even the care for me considering my history. After miscarriage and ER visit they didn’t even had the decency to call I called the office 3 times to speak with someone about the care. To find out they they scheduled me after 15 days. I could have complications but they don’t care because they are busy. My advise to this money hungry Duly Office is to deny new patients if you have to many and redirect me somewhere else. Not take more patients that you can not handle. I always praise medical staff and their sacrifices thank God to the Edwards Elmhurst ER staff. DO NOT USE ThIS office if you want real care."
