"Just like every insurance company, broken promises. I changed to Allstate to get combined home and car insurance discount. It worked for 6 months. Because as soon as my car policy was set to renew, for NO REASON AT ALL, they increased my car insurance by 35%!!! Total scam. I asked to keep my rate at the agreed rate 6 months ago and he said, they couldn’t? Oh really, on a car that’s 11 years old. Really. I’ll be changing to someone else, again. Bad business. Broken deal in 6 months."

"Never get to them on the phone at once. I had a car accident, and I needed to talk to them urgently during the regular office hours. No luck, and not even call back received from them - I had left a message for call back and telling them about my accident and needing to talk with them. That is my auto accident insurer. How pathetic!"

"We applied for insurance with this agent and were rejected due to fact we cancelled our auto insurance in Florida. Little did we know the FL BMV suspended our license even though we had insurance in another state the entire time. This suspension caused by the FL BMV without notice was disregarded by Geico and other insurers, but Allstate would not even consider us even though our credit rating and driving records are great. I asked that the agent escalate my request to disregard but she did not. I found her to be petty."
