"Again, is there anyone to answer phone calls!! Doesnt matter what department. Never in my life have I've seen such poor costumer service."
"The people are absolutely delightful but I’ll tell you what, NW does not make it easy to schedule appointments. I have never been able to schedule an appointment over the app (despite anytime you call the automated message says to schedule in the app and I always fall for it). As a student I found this really inconvenient, especially as someone who has trouble even getting through my day to day tasks. Having to call a NW location within office hours is not only unnecessary labor for their employees, picking up asinine calls that could be mostly or entirely handled by a more robust app/system and is also an unnecessary inconvenience for customers. So yeah… if you value convenience and accessibility, go somewhere else. Other than that I can’t say much else."
"Went to the convenient care and was told it was a 3-4 hour wait so I decided to try my son's primary physician since we were already in the parking lot. Walked in and got clean masks. Went to the main reception area and she told me to walk down to pediatric to see if they had any available appts when we got there I walked to reception and was told that I had to call a phone number to see if they had an appt available. So my son and I went to sit down in the lobby and we had our masks on and were socially distanced from everyone and the receptionist proceeded to come out and tell me that I could not sit in the lobby and make the call and that I had to take my already sick child and go outside to make the call. Very disappointed in this. First of all refusing to even see if any appts are available when I am standing right there and then telling me I had to leave the lobby and go in the cold to see if they had any appts. My son has been a patient with Dr. Morker for 11 years and I have never been treated like this."
"The provider's are great! However, you are supposed to email them in "my chart"...... they do not get back to you. I sent a message on the 6th of December and now it is the 22nd and STILL no response ( it says allow 24-48 hours to get back) you actually need to call corporate to complain and then they will call you back with a scoff from the office manager. I have even tried to email them pertinent messages about refills and they still don't respond.... it is actually very irresponsible and borderline abondonment. The providers are great so don't let this issue not make pick them... but their support staff stinks and just expect the same issue. ****update**** I called corporate to file a complaint (patient relations department) and my issue was fixed that day. The letter for medical necessity I needed for my insurance company was first requested on July 9, I got it on on the 11th of January. ****update**** the letter said "this test was medically necessary." It took me 6 months to get a letter that stated that.... and that is not even what I asked for.... what an absolute joke!!! Do NOT use!!!"
