"My husband- a CEO and PRESIDENT of a local company has been denied referrals in appropriate time- they call them “referrals “ even though our insurance doesn’t require one- more like it takes 5 phone calls back and forth to the 3rd party operators contracted with this company, who talks to the provider (maybe) then might call you back with a message that makes no sense, is inadequate or provides no necessary information pertaining to the original question)- they takes WEEKS to put in said “referral” otherwise known as a Doctors order. My husband was made to “come back in” to see his PA Cheryl who denied seeing him as the MA opened the door and called his name- but the front office was holding him up- so after he drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there- called his name- the patient oriented st Francis employee denied seeing him- it was, after all 415 pm and “she was done with her day” my husband was instructed to make another appointment- The even more ridiculous thing- was that he was just seen 3 weeks prior for a OT therapy order and ALL he wanted was to add PT to it- they just can’t seem to read the OT”s request in their wonderful Medical system that is drowning in people who use/ transfer data and “read” it- inadequately, unprofessionally, and not in a timely manor- oh Yes- treating patients like Christ would- per their mission statement. Had the office approved the PT request and gave me husband the name of another provider he wished to see- he wouldn’t have had to waste his time being denied care because his PA wasn’t in the mood. Your company is horrific, devoid of compassion , order, professionalism or medical care suitable for a Rat. Pa- I’m a RN BSN of 31 years. You should be ashamed of yourself, god forbid we were talking about an elderly immunocompromised patient who was actually sick!!"

"Referrals go on for days and months, or not at all, you just wait. So unhappy that this Med group took over Edward-Elmhurst. Very disappointed, WHERE is the good old fashion medical doctors, that doesnt have to meet sales goals?????"

"I have had wonderful experiences here, especially with Elaine Lawrence, Ezequiel Mora, and Dr. Morker. When interacting with them, it is evident that they care. They all take time to genuinely listen and address questions and concerns."

"ok, i really like this place, and had a good medical experience last week, but the office and process is in turmoil. I am not sold on OSF as they took it over last week. it was chaos at the clinic. however, the employees helped me and the reason i am giving a 4 star review. what i like: tammie at the front desk proatively called me when i was 2 min late for my appt - thanks tammie! aprn elaine lawarence - i trust her for straightforward and transparant assessments and advice - well done elaine! cynthia at the front desk was super nice and succinct and did a great job navigating many of us through basic questions that OSF should have known - we all felt like new patients and all our data was lost - not good, but cynthia was great! priscila was super nice did a great job with the ekg, linda was super helpful scheduling my sleep study consultation. danny, the nurse assistant did a great job sheltering me from the complexities of the new system and did a good job prepping elaine! what i don't like: i have been going to this office for 45 yrs and felt they lost all of my data. 'knowing me and my history' is a big reason i stay here, but the mishandling of the osf takeover leaves me empty and unconfident on this point. i tried to leave this review on osf's website, but i could not find a place for feedback on the osf website or the mychart app. how is osf going to keep informed of customer views? they won't and that makes me even less confident i will stick around. again, the people giving me service make it work, so I hope OSF listens and acts on the views of their employees and finds a way to solicite customer feedback."

"30 + years my family have been going to this location. Called to make appt. to look at a sore ankle. And was informed I have not been there in a few years. So I'm a new patient and they are not accepting new patients. Wow is my only response."
