"First off the office staff and the phone answering service are the people that run the business. They have power issues and want to put in as little work as possible. Other offices i dealt with would make comments about how little Greater Family Health does. There is one Dr’s assistant who has absolutely no empathy and tries to be in charge of what happens for the patients. It’s like she tells the Dr’s what to do. Many times i need referrals sent directly to other Dr’s and they won’t do it because it’s too much work. They make patients do everything they should be doing. They have a stupid policy that you have to be there 15 minutes before your appointment or they will turn you away. If you are late 3 times( no matter what the reason) you’re not allowed to make appointments there anymore. I have seen people who get there before their actual appointment time who have driven 45 minutes to get there be turned away. And they are very snarky with people and think it’s funny to turn people away. One of the dr’s in there is very rude and accused me of making myself sick. Worst experience I’ve ever had."

"I go here for both of my kids and always have a pleasant experience. Wait times are never excessive. Every one is always so nice and efficient and caring for my son."

"If you work a day shift and need a late afternoon or evening appointment, go somewhere else. To get an appointment that does not require me to take time off work, I have to schedule far in advance. That would be fine except they are CONSTANTLY canceling appointments and then get rude on the phone when I am frustrated with their continuous cancelations and can not come in for a morning appointment. "I don't have anything for the time you're requesting, but you have to have an appointment within the week to stay on schedule with your medication." Yes, that's why I scheduled the appointment in advance to meet my scheduling needs! "Requesting", she said. As if it is a mild inconvenience for me to come in at a different time, instead of I can not take time off work at a moment's notice. They had no record of my last dose of medication on record, which is not surprising since the doctor was less than professional, but to never note in my medical history that I recieved medication administered by them at their facility?!? Not to mention whomever left the message notifying me of the cancelation gave the number of a completely different company for me to call back and reschedule. Do they think this is funny?? Leave a fake number for patients?? Like so many others, I will be finding a different doctor's office, that actually makes patient's health a priority, since that's their JOB!"

"Coming from a very busy city where the healthcare system is stretched very thin and the public service staff is overworked, I Was dreading going to the doctors based off my past experiences. . I am so happy this is not the case here. I was listened to and felt heard. The entire staff was so helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. The facility is clean and well kept! I witnessed a visitor being very rude to a staff member and she handled it so well! This is truly the most positive experience I have had in a very long time! Thank you!"
