"As someone mentioned she doesn’t even deserve one star! As. POC I already have a concern seeing doctors but I needed an appointment quick because I was concerned with my down there area. I arrived to my appointment at 11:24 and was in my car driving away by 11:36. I was scheduled to get a mammogram, Pap smear and questions about blood clot discharging. She did a very PAINFUL Pap smear, don’t get me wrong they aren’t the most comfortable but I’ve had one before by a woman doctor and she was so nice and gentle and talked to me to distract me due to me being a virgin. Jennifer half a**ed it and just rushed it even though I told her that hurts! Then her phone begin ringing so she was going even faster. She collected discharge and told me I had a tilted uterus, typed her note and was about to walk out the door until I stoped her and said “hey what does a tilted uterus mean?” I’m not the most knowledgeable about certain things so as a new patient I was looking to establish a report with her and get information but she drew a quick picture and left out before I can ask anything else! I do not leave reviews as it’s time consuming and everyone experience with things and people are different HOWEVER this one has to be left for others to see! DO NOT GO TO DR JENNIFER LEW!!"

"I went in to get a nexplanon implant in my arm removed by Dr Lew. This is my second implant; the first removal and re-insertion took about 20 minutes, and was through a different OBGYN. This time around, Dr Lew started the procedure, and dug around in my arm for 40 minutes before saying we could either 'take a break and ice it, or terminate the procedure.' I've been trying to get this implant out for several months, and she had already numbed my arm and cut it open, so I told her I would prefer to wait for a while and ice it so she could come back and try again. About 20 minutes later, Dr Lew came back to give it another try, and there was another 30 minutes of digging around in my arm and pulling on things. She then informed me that they were going to terminate the procedure, as apparently the lidocaine shots they used to numb my arm made the area swell up to the point where it was inoperable. It wasn't really swollen, just numbed, but maybe it was swollen internally. Either way, my appointment started at 11:00am and I left at 12:40 after doing checkout. I left with my implant still in my arm, a wound that will be open for a few days, and a lot of pain in the muscle in my arm. I will still need to pay for this exact same procedure to be done (at different clinic) but now I will have extra trauma and scar tissue added to the area. All the other staff I talked to and gave information to at the clinic were kind and helpful, especially the nurses. Dr Lew told me that I would have to come back in 4 weeks so she could 'try again,' or I could go to an outpatient clinic to have it removed under general anesthesia with a referral. Dr Lew did not give me this referral, instead booking a follow up appointment with her that I am going to cancel. If you read all of this, please find a different provider to remove your Nexplanon implant."
