"I had an appointment scheduled for today. Initially it was 12:30. Then it was changed to 10am. I received a call yesterday saying they didn’t get my insurance referral. I know they were either lying or misplaced it. I offered to call to have it sent back over. (I know it was a lie because they called me to schedule the appointment after they received it.) After offering they called me back a few minutes later saying they had found the referral but my 10am appointment was no longer available and I needed to come at 7:30am instead. They were real quick to say they could reschedule me if I couldn’t make that time. I said no, I’ll be there. My husband and I turned into the parking lot and they were calling to again say they didn’t receive my referral. I was put on hold when I mentioned the call back. When she came back to the line she offered me an appointment on Monday. I just hung up. If y’all wanted to leave early for Valentine’s weekend you could have said that in the first phone call. I called my primary care physician to cancel the referral altogether. I would never go here."

"Our experience with this office was completely unprofessional and rude. We scheduled an appointment with them to do a routine eye exam for the purposes of getting a prescription for glasses. We were told when we made the appointment that this would be covered by our insurance. A couple days after our visit we received a bill for $300. We called to ask about the bill and it took us two voicemails to get a call back. When we final spoke to them they suddenly had memory loss. Trying to tell us that they never said that and all bills would go to our deductible. They quickly explained this and told us if we didn't pay it they would just give it to a collections agency abruptly hung up the phone. We called back and they hung up again. Interesting.... It seems they get these calls often and feel this is the best way to handle it. We would never recommend this Doctor."
