"Beat Walmart in the area. Fellow shoppers are kind and courteous, from the parking lot to the registers. Employees are very pleasant at this location. They may be having a bad day but are nice to their customers."
"I would give them 0 stars if I could I went inside the store to order a cake for my daughters birthday I've never had a problem before but this time they said they don't take orders inside anymore you have to order online. I asked another associate about it she said she hasn't been told that so they should take my order. I went back to bakery for them all standing around talking and laughing I didn't know that is what they got paid for. So I went online and ordered the cake at 3pm at 9pm I got an email from them saying that they can't make my cake that was already paid for now I have to find a cake in 2 days when it takes most places for the order to be in 2 days advance and I have to wait for my refund to come back who knows when that will be. Walmart big leads should really do a drop in and see these people not doing their jobs and fire them and hire someone that actually will work"
"The customer experience is horrible. Choose Amazon and Chewy instead. You have self checkout and no regular lanes available in the early mornings. Today I checked out my items, and the cash slot would not accept my cash. The associate told me from twenty feet away to push the cash button. There was no cash button. It turns out that two of the four self checkouts were credit/debit only with cash slots deactivated. She stated I must not be able to read. I rescanned my items at a cash lane, while another associate stated that I must not have enough money on my credit card. Four years ago I had my credit card number stolen at Walmart, and I no longer use credit cards at Walmart. I am down to less than $30 a week at Walmart, when I used to spend a lot more. Amazon and Chewy have similar, if not lower, prices delivered to my door. The customer service at Amazon and Chewy is A+, and the customer is always right at Amazon and Chewy. The rare mistake at Amazon and Chewy results in a coupon or free item, whereas the Walmart workers harass you if you point out an opened item on the shelf or expired meat item. Try not to trip over the six feet of stacked empty boxes in the aisles, while the workers have their ear buds playing. At Walmart two weeks ago, I watched a customer sneeze and cough all over the self checkout that I was about to use. No bleach wipes were available. I guess germs and customer service no longer matter to Walmart."
"Lately for grocery pickups it has been overwhelmingly crowded and you have to wait for parking in a numbered spot. Last visit my window was 4PM-5PM and I arrived about 4:10PM. I didn’t leave until 5:15PM. That’s about 45 minutes longer than I’m used to waiting. Otherwise it’s a good Walmart. Usually well stocked."
