"Belleville bookstore almost never has the books in stock. Granite City bookstore has three different times posted and the lady running it hang up on me when I called asking for clarification on the times. Both places are mismanaged and make it a headache to get anything done."
"Very small bookstore. Staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They do allowed pre-order and instore pickup at the beginning of the semester,, like most schools.. Everything is priced at market value for new books and slightly higher for used books. Usually, not many used books. I have had 3 classes where they never got the text book in stock, I checked every week before class for the first 5 weeks of class. Unless you wait until the day of classes, just go on Amazon or eBay and have your books shipped to you."

"Overpriced like any college, gouging students on pell grants due to check disbursment schedules and books on "account". Go to any other source online if you have cash. You will easily save half."
