"Can not beat the value. However. There's little cardio equipment available so an additional planet fitness membership would be necessary if I were to move to Iowa full time. But the equipment is all there, everything works, definatly an environment for growth and hard work. I would not go here if you're just looking for something to do. This gym is for people who have goals, want to grow and reach them, and then set new goals and reach new heights."

"If you want that gritty, loud, old school gym feel, then look no further. This gym fits this mold but has modern benches and racks. Great service, great people, and a great feel. 10/10 will come back next time I’m in the area. Probably the only type of fitness enthusiast/athlete that won’t like this place is cardio bunnies. But it’s a great place for them to convert to bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strongman. Very happy I found this place for my week stay in Dubuque. Just wish I had bought a shirt from this place so I could rep it at my home gym."
