"Let me first say, I do like finish line. So I was planning on buying shoes after Black Friday because there was a guy here who told me they would do a 40% discount for friends and family for shoes/apparel on a particular date. Unfortunately, they changed the date and decided they would do it the day before- and I wasn’t informed at all. So I came in the store and they said they did it the day before and changed the date, and they wouldn’t do it for me because I was a day late. I had no idea the day changed and I just waited out the Black Friday deals because this dude told me this was better. The guy I spoke with at the store was rude and wouldn’t give me a discount because I was late, which wasn’t my fault. That’s the reason for the 1 star."

"I went to finish line to get my son shoes for school. When I got home and opened the box they had two different shoes in the box. The sad part is two workers from the store checked the box before my purchase. Did they pretend to check the box or are they blind?!? Worst experience ever! I will never recommend finish line stores to anyone nor will I ever shop there again!"
