"We used Milroy's for my Brothers wedding. We had to make multiple trips to the store because the fittings were wrong. They didn't measure when they needed to fix something, they just said "oh, we will lengthen them by an inch", and then they still didn't fit. We had to take a pair of pants back Friday afternoon to be lengthened because they didn't do it right. We rented 9 suits and all but 1 needed something fixed. This is unacceptable when the stress is already high the day before the wedding. I would not recommend this store."

"I want to give the biggest THANK YOU shout out for both the Manager and her associate that helped this panicked Mom on a last-minute prom need. I called the store in a panic looking for a green bow tie (last minute dress color change) and a black jacket. The ladies were so kind on the phone and so helpful when I got to the store. They went above and beyond for me and made it a nonevent, so clearly experts in last minute needs for Moms!
