"I knew what I wanted going in. Salesperson tried selling me something more expensive than what I needed. Showed him Sam's Club price ,so he tried looking it up and couldn't find it. Convenient. That was after I waited for 10 minutes to talk to an employee."

"Best Buy is one of those places that have all of the things you can't afford or have to bring back because it's broken or defective. I walk this store looking for a great deal. They do have some sales, but most of the time, it's full price. Love geek squad very helpful. This store is always clean and well kept. I'm pretty sure you could find what you're looking for elsewhere for cheaper cost. But it's an ok store."

"Went to look at a TV, not that busy and nobody was asking to help me make a purchase. Took about 20 minutes to get a sales person to even notice I was there, I asked a few questions and left. I 'll buy a TV somewhere else....."

"Horrible wasted 1/2 tank of gas running back and forth to the store due to their lack of knowledge. They ordered add on's that weren't compatible with my purchase. They don't answer the phone in geek squad, and don't call back either. You can NEVER speak to someone at the store if you call it's always someone overseas and you end up having to go to the store! They have people selling you things they have no knowledge of. Their service is absolutely horrible!!"

"I went in to purchase a receiver, specifically a Denon Brand for my audio system. That place is not set up for business. And don't tell me it's for being short staffed! Standing around talking about the weekend in groups of 2 or 3 instead of filling empty display areas and straightening up the store is just theft when you are getting paid. It's a disservice to the company and customers. Shame on management for allowing this culture to manifest and thrive! As you can see, plenty of receivers for display fill sitting in boxes, and plenty of empty display spaces."
