"Horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. First, I thought everything was good. I RECOMMENDED them (never again) which I have done for at lease 5 of my other customers. He called, got a quote on transport for a vehicle. I called them because the customer was not getting the answer for the pick up date he was looking for. When I called, I stated the vehicle was ready, they scheduled a "same day pick up" the dispatcher NINA stated the driver would call me "2 hours prior" to pick up so I have the vehicle ready. Myself and my customer called NINA at least 10 times asking for an update. The driver never called and never showed as scheduled and never called me. I finally had to leave work and stop waiting around for them because I have a family at home. I called NINA again when I was at home... letting her know we close soon and no one has called me, I let her know that I have staff waiting specifically for them. She told me her driver was stuck at Manheim (all freaking day I guess). NINA told me that the driver is schedule to leave St.Louis tomorrow afternoon and that he would pick up in the morning. So around noon.... after I again did not get any calls from anyone at this company. I called, no answer, the customer called, no answer, I called again, no answer. It was clear they were dodging my calls. So the number was textable. I told them I NEEDED an answer ASAP as to when it would be picked up. They finally responded and said they drove passed the dealership last night but had NO information, only my name and customers name. This is a big miscommunication on DZ's part. You would think that all the times we called, they would have asked for said information. They had my contact info and the customers. You would think BEFORE they provided a quote, they would have asked for the location. Also, if they has no information, how did they know the pick up location as NINA stated the driver drove passed it last night (which I got no phone calls about as NINA promised). NINA began getting very rude with me through text, putting all the blame on the customer. This was not his or my fault. I started getting quotes from other transport companies and found a great one! I told her to cancel our transport. NINA stated "I already cancelled him this morning" REALLY!?!?! So you had us waiting around for your phone calls for NOTHING?? Especially after NINA told me last night that it would be picked up in the morning... NINA took it upon herself to cancel without telling us. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I would use caution if you choose them because they have horrible communication. Also, this customer was a Harvey victim. This is how they treat a customer who has suffered a great loss."
