PikUp Junk Removal

"The work the 2 movers did was solid. We had a few items and when they were done they showed us the timer. When we got the invoice it was $125 more than what it should’ve been, had to call and get it down to the actual price. Double check their math and timing before using them, seems very suspicious. Edit: Since the company wants to cover up their own non sense. They sent invoice of $500 ( 2 full hours) after the movers showed us the complete time ( 1 hour, 20 Minutes = $375) They immediately sent a different invoice for $400 (Assuming they remembered the 20% discount which was previously discussed) The issue is they charged an extra $125 by saying it was 1 hour and 40 minutes which the lady on the phone stumbled on her words a bit because she then said it was 1 hour 20 minutes. The movers were great, I feel like they didn’t wrong us. The office is suspicious and very pushy. The discount was never the problem, it was the overcharge and dancing around it. And if the payment is so needed, why is the due date on the invoice for a whole month later. Not the first time a moving company tries to pull a fast one by inputing more time/labor than what actually occur. Very sad."

"This is an awesome company. I used them to move the contents of our house and there was a lot of stuff. They were professional, on time and very accommodating, even to removing some of the furniture. Everything was packed professionally, the quoted price is what we were charged. They were the best priced company we found and were worth every penny. When we do our spring cleaning, we will be calling them back to remove stuff (we should have gotten rid of before the move)."
