"Ordered a swing set through home Depot who said we could direct them where to deliver it. Wrong. First they told me it would be delivered on a specific date. So I found someone to be at my house in the time window they gave me, but they cancelled the delivery without telling me and pushed my date back a day. Now I'm home, waiting for them, and they stealth deliver the set in my driveway, blocking me in. They never rang my doorbell or knocked on my door. They just left. No word, no confirmation. Horrible."

"St. Louis Area: I was very worried due to all the negative reviews. However, while it took a while for my Costco patio set to get to the "Final Mile" warehouse (that is on the trucking company), once it did arrive everything went smoothly. I got the link to set up a delivery date that worked for us. Got a text yesterday with the ETA time frame. Was able to track the delivery to get a better idea when they would arrive. They called when they were 15 mins away and showed up promptly after that. Delivery team couldn't have been nicer, and they brought the set to our back yard for us, even though they didn't have to. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience!"

"When I saw who was doing my delivery, i was a little worried after reading reviews but this was NOT my experience. They called about my couch the week before and set up a date. They texted the day before with 1-5 time frame and a link where you can track their stops and approximate time. They arrived exactly at 1 with 35 minute notice from a call. They brought in, set it up, tested the reclining functions, grab all the trash, push my coffee table and chairs back in place and was out the door. Very friendly, Very efficient. NO issues at all.
