"I had never dealt with Neptune Pools in the past but had an issue with my pool heater so I called a number of other places and then finally came upon this place. Neptune Pools was the only one who answered the phone, Mark, the service technician called me three times, after some discussion and additional research he did between phone calls, he diagnosed the problem. I was very impressed at their customer service and just how friendly and helpful they are. I must add, that this was a Saturday and even though they were very busy, they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you! You guys rock!"
