"It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction. They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!"
"I shop here often, however that won't be the case anymore! I went today to get matching outfits for me and my children and my daughters dress was on the rack for 8 dollars when I got to the register it rang up 39.99. I ask the cashier why if it was on the 8 dollar rack she than explained that is was missing a piece as well but she would attempt to give me a discount she contacted the manager and was told she can't but they damaged it out anyways. So I was upset and even more so because they couldn't provide a discount won't go back that's for sure!"
"Love love love that I can find clothes I actually like and that fit me instead of settling for something that is "just fine." They are understaffed but they work hard to help everyone quickly and are doing their very best. I enjoy shopping here."
