"I bought a Horizon Treadmill and EFW delivered it. This package was around 300 lbs and size was 72" x 30" x 14'. I paid $79.00 for delivery fee for this item. The treadmill came on a 4 foot pallet with the heavy end with the motor hanging off the pallet. It should have been a 6 foot pallet for reasons of safety and protection of the treadmill. The box was damaged and wrapped with cellophane on one end. The truck driver didn't seem to care when I pointed this damage out to him. The treadmill was damaged and now I'm working on a warranty claim. I do not recommend this company."
