"Not really driver friendly. Driver lounge and restroom area locked down. Need assistance for entry. Silly entrance only door and even more so annoying exit only door, which is locked, need to grab the attention of some random warehouse worker to gain access to leave. Chicago as a whole isn't the friendliest to drivers but this is a company that uses drivers as a main force. It's ridiculous."
