"They do not stand by what they claim. They do not want to be bothered to do the tasks in their job descriptions, so it falls on the employees. If they do not like your responses they send you home. Everything the dispatchers do wrong is "the employee's fault" but if they do good they claim all credit. When a company does not stand by its mission statement they need to reevaluate themselves. Would not recommend this as an employer. That is not how a business is run!"
