"My terrible experience has unfortunately nothing to do with the physicians there. The front desk lady (Latonya) I think her name is , is the rudest lady I’ve ever met. I was prescribed an AS NEEDED medication that comes into affect within 30 minutes of taking it. Literally says it on the bottle. From my understanding if I was having any weird feelings from my medication I was to call and speak to my DOCTOR not the receptionist. I was experiencing real physical symptoms and decided to call back. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me “I shouldnt even feel effects from this medication for a whole week.” I went to my primary care DOCTOR because the lady made me feel so stupid and crazy but my doctor told me I had every right to call back and the medication affects everybody differently. I understand mental healthcare is a difficult place to be, and work in. But for people that actually need help and want to get help, this wouldnt be the place I recommend you going. I am risking having to start the psychiatric process over again because of how she made me feel. Never knew receptionist had psychiatry degrees but I honestly just think this lady just hates the patients that come there. Very unpleasant experience I had. Please save your time and money and go somewhere where you feel welcome and safe."
