"U pack services and personnel were all fantastic. We shopped around and they were the most cost effective for a cross country move. From St. Louis to Albuquerque everyone we interacted with was professional, pleasant and on time. We liked that our belongings were secure behind the bulkhead, locked with our personal lock. The furniture arrived quickly and they picked up the empty trailer within an hour of us calling to request removal. It was so nice to have the trailer off the street for the week-end. We highly recommend this company."

"On-time, professional, and responsive! Drop off of the containers was challenging due to the congested nature of the street. However, the driver did a great job maneuvering across 3 traffic lanes and placing the parking cubes exactly how I wanted them with the doors on the curb. Kudos to you! Whenever I had questions, the call service center answered all my questions. Pick up was also a breeze."

"We used u-pack to move states and I cannot say enough good things about them. The trailer was clean when we got it. I called customer service because we had some trouble with the bulk heads. I had to change the delivery location twice (life is crazy) and the customer service was amazing and they were so nice and helpful. Once we finally got our trailer delivered we couldn’t get to our stuff because the bar locking the bulkhead to the trailer had been bent. I called and they sent someone who was there within an hour to help us. I recommend u-pack to everyone!!!"

"U-Pack was a good option. They delivered a trailer on time. Cost was reasonable; better than PODS or Pack-Rat. Wish the trailer was lower to the ground, of course, but it came with a ramp so we could load. The trailer is 28-foot, and you can use the appropriate amount or even use the whole trailer if you want to pay for it. We wrapped all our items in packing blankets (that we own) and we also used shrink wrap, which if you don't already do, you definitely should. We even wrapped our mattresses in heavy-duty mattress bags (6 mil you can get at Amazon). The trailer was pretty dirty when delivered, however. We swept it out before and when we packed but it was not swept before the drop for offload. This caused everything to have a black, dirt film on it. The trailer also was not swept out when it was delivered for our offload. U-Pack has you use part of the trailer, then they use the unused part at the back end for LTL shipping. Smart on their part but causes lots of dirt and wood bits that come from the pallets they load and unload on the back. Trailer was picked up efficiently and the drivers on both ends were very professional. We'll use U-Pack in the future but again, we'll be sure to wrap everything tight, so we keep our stuff as clean as possible."

"Upack was a good company. And ABF is a great trucking company. But don't allow them to use moving staffers as your loaders. They damaged almost every piece of furniture. They are unprofessional. And charge extra fees without your permission. So if you use UPACK recommend any other company to move besides moving staffers."
