"Visited this place for the first time today, we were just looking at prices for a cable workout station. The store was nice and prices were decent. I did notice they had a workout "Mirror" priced at $900 which was pretty good too. We may consider coming back here when it's time to make a purchase."

"One deliverer didn't wear an actual ppe mask and the other didn't wear the mask so that it covered their face half the time they were in my home setting up equipment. Raised concern to Troy who moreso defended not wearing a mask than addressing the concern. If you run a business then leave your personal beliefs about the pandemic at the door, and definitely don't bring them into your client's home. And if a customer with a wife who has chronic respiratory illness brings these concerns to your attention, then don't double down on your employees exercising you and your company's careless attitude toward reasonable precautions for preventing further spread of the virus. Wasn't a big deal but because of Troy's attitude to the situation I won't be a returning customer."
