Finish Line

"I've been here three times within this week . Employees are rude and do not want to help customers. Any shoe size I asked for they didn't have but didn't even check. I'm done with finish line. I understand it's the holiday season but if you don't like your job stay home."

"You apologize and lead me to another fb website. I want to leave my review here on Google. I still spent $300.00 but was appalled by the time we left. Had my 5 yr old girl & 12 ur old boy with me. We were disrespected from the time we walked in until the time we left even though I spent $300.00. Shoe selection great which sold me $300. Staff on the other hand was terrible. Good thing the shoes sell themselves. Racist people run your store. Very dissatisfied."

"The reason for 2 stars is their selection of shoes. I went there on New Year's Day, and yes, they were busy. My daughter and I waited to be helped, but no one asked us if we needed anything despite them being fully staffed. We waited around, looked at the women's and youth shoes. Waited some more. If I'm going to spend over $100 on one pair of shoes or more, I don't want to interrupt associates who are having their own side conversations. It's sad Northwoods stores are leaving at an alarming rate as it is. Unfortunately, the other stores in the mall didn't have as much of a selection as they did, so I guess we'll just buy online like everyone else *shrugs* :("

"Nadia is the worst manager I have ever seen and hoards all the stock in the back for her boyfriend. She is also a reseller and she thinks she’s slick. She makes up rules on the spot and she was very unprofessional and rude not only to me but I have also seen for other customers. Stay away!!"

"The store doesn't let you try on shoes. Who is going to spend $160 on shoes if you can't try them on. I also asked a girl for a certain size shoe, and she took the shoe, put it back and said no. So then my husband asked for the same shoe in a different size, she huffed and said "dis duh only one we got". How about.... "I apologize, sir. Unfortunately the display model is the last one we have in stock"... I rated this with two stars because one gentleman worker and one lady worker was helpful and kind to us."
