Called them to see what was going on, they sold all the product they had in the store after I had already paid for them. Awesome customer service as well, didn't have any explanation for why they sold the product or anything. Basically told me they weren't gonna do anything other than refund my money."
"Last Saturday night I lost my eyeglasses while loading my car. Later that evening I returned to search for them but had no luck. Today I came to the store and talked with Claudia about replacing the lost glasses. Unfortunately, they are no longer available. While I was still in the store I talked with several employees who told me that a pair of glasses had been found Saturday night. I went from the service desk to the cage area talking with Thad, Preston, Eric, Kevin, and Alexia. All employees were genuinely concerned and attempted to help me find the missing glasses. I could not have asked for better service. In the end it was Alexia, who was working at the exit door who recognized me and told me where she had put them for safekeeping.
