"I called today to make my daughter, 13y, an appointment. I didn't realize she hadn't been in since 2020. I swore she was just there last year, my mistake. I never got an email or a reminder for her annual check up. School records indicate she's utd on vaccines until this year. Life is crazy and everyone is super busy. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and judgemental. She spoke to me like I was a moron. If you aren't a perfect parent don't go here. They apparently won't show you empathy or compassion."

"My 2 daughters , ages 10 and 12 have been going to suburban pediatrics since they were born. Today we find out that our blue cross blue shield medical plan is no longer accepted. The reason they state is they were purchased by wash u. This directly outs the people and family’s who have come to love and trust this practice. No more for my family."

"Both of my children have been with this office for 7 years and loved all physicians there, especially Dr. Kebler and Murowsky. However, the office failed to inform us in advance (or at all) that they wont be taking our insurance any longer (Anthem) and when we arrived for an appointment that was already scheduled, they told us they will no longer take our insurance effective next month, which was in a week. Needless to say, this created difficulties with scheduling an appointment for my 6 month baby’s check up, as most other physician’s are booking weeks/months in advance. I requested to get my records transferred to a new doctor, but the new office stated they never received it. When I called to request my records again, as they were never received , the nurse stated that they need at least 24 hours to process it and simply hung up the phone.Very unprofessional and unacceptable."

"I found out after my son has been a patient here for 2 years that they decided they don't like our insurance. They can get a bill to me ASAP, but the excuse they used for not informingme? "it must have been lost I'm the mail". Like a deadbeat parent excuse. So, now my kid is sick, has vaccinations coming up that we now have to scramble to find a new dr 1 hour before a scheduled appointment. Absolutely disgusting. Pure greed. They will sell you out for a buck. Don't go here. Find someone ethical and not so greedy."

"Suburban Pediatrics is hands down the best doctors office my child have ever been to. Even better than my life long pediatric doctor office I went to as a girl. The office is clean and cozy, the employees are all very nice in person and over the phone. Ive even heard them talk highly of each other’s work and it seems like a very kind and professional environment. These days, it’s refreshing to be in a doctors office that’s more like one big happy family back there and not just a bunch of people co-existing in an office together just to make money. They’re happy, and so are the patients who see them. We just love Dr Kebler, he’s our doc and is so caring and sincere. Truly cannot rave enough about this place! 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
