After breaking my foot and trying PT suggested excercise at home with no success, I went to see Dr. Gerry on a recommendation from a friend. I had an aggressive goal to be able to hike in Yosemite within 6 weeks. Dr. Gerry tested my strength and flexibility at our first visit and then got to work. He did exercises with me during our time together but also gave me homework. He sent videos to remind me of form and checked in with me to see if I had questions between visits. He also encouraged me to strengthen other muscles to not put so much stress on that part of my body as the break was also part of an old injury. Dr. Gerry lived up to the hype and got me to the top of the mountain many times on that trip.
