"been going here for over a decade. getting ahold of these people is like pulling teeth now. and when you finally do reach someone, they are rude in the front office. they make you feel like a burden. my anxiety actually goes up when attempting to call them. not good for my mental health."

"I have been with this practice for over 10 years. If it wasn't for my psychiatrist I would have left a long time ago. The women at the front desk are so rude, talking to them is a horrible experience. They have yelled at me, refused to refill medication. It feels like I have to beg for someone to be nice and even that turns bad. I don't leave reviews as I think most people are just having a bad day. These ladies do not belong dealing with people that are mentally ill. It just is not right. Read the other reviews this is definitely a thing."

"The woman at the front desk (Dina) who answers the phones is beyond rude. I have tried to work with her in regards to billing, I pay my bill and it never reflects on their system. I payed over and over only to be told they never received payment towards the total. To top it off I get yelled at by this highly unprofessional office staff when I try to talk through the numbers. I've been going here for years, but I'll never give another minute of My time or money to these rude condescending people. Total bill was 230 I payed two installments of 50 dollars and was repeatedly told I owe 180. 230 minus 100 is 130. When I tried to break down the math and send copies of bank statements I got literally yelled at. So unprofessional."

"Completely disgusted by whoever just took my call on 12/10 at 4:10 pm. The woman who took my phone call was undeniably rude and condescending. I will not be using this company due to this woman's heartless attitude. I really hope whoever views my review from this company speaks with this woman as she should not be handling your phone calls. I've never felt so much anger towards a front desk person before but then again I've never experienced such distasteful service."
