"Amazing people! Fast connectivity! Highly recommend"
"I've been going here since October and honestly can I raise enough about how great the spaces and my personal therapist. I'm very happy with the care I've received here. I know some people are confused about the insurance thing but I know once I get a receipt every month I can submit it to insurance and it's covered. Also a huge bonus was having the sliding scale for when I first started going because I didn't have a lot of disposable income so very friendly if you're on a budget. Most importantly the therapists are all very inclusive and understanding of the different lifestyles in this city. They kind of meet you where you're at and they take the time to really invest on your personal grills and what you need a moment. Most importantly it's supertcute to have a nice kitchenette to kind of unwind before your session and they provide a great number of services for this area"
"I've been pleased with every aspect of my experience with Terrace House. I found them while I was actively in the process of searching for a new therapist--emailing a bunch of folks and not hearing back from anyone. They emailed me back right away, and were, and continue to be, kind, professional, and prompt in their communication. It was important to me that my therapist be LGBTQIA competent and affirming, and I've been pleased with both their skill and commitment to serving queer and trans clients. They worked with me to find the therapist who would be a good fit, which I appreciated. Other pros: geographical location within the city limits; their warm, homey atmosphere; their sliding scale. One possible con: I don't believe they accept insurance. Although their sliding scale might help with that. On a personal note, therapy with a skilled therapist has been a bigger source of clarity and strength than I could have previously imagined. It's been, and continues to be, literally life changing. If you're in the St. Louis area and find yourself in the market for a therapist (and really everyone should go to therapy at *least* once in their life), I highly recommend Terrace House."
