"Originally I gave this doc a 5 start rating on Zodoc but have since downgraded to a one star due to their horrific billing process and lack of assistance from their accounting clerks. My mother has Medicare and an advantage plan but we still getting billed for the appointments. The staff does not know where to send the invoices and asked to make copies of the cards on three different occasions. Keep in mind that the appointment was on May 9th and the image below is their latest response on July 3rd. Customer service need mayor improvement but The Doc on the other hand was great."
